Position: Outfield Coach - Analytics
Ryan is entering his second season on the Yaks staff. Previously, he spent two years as an assistant coach at Eisenhower High School in 2016 and 2017. In addition, he assisted with the Yakima Beetles in 2016, CWBC Hawks in 2017, and most recently was the Associate Head Coach and Pitching Coach for the River City Athletics 19u team in 2018.
A Yakima native, Ryan graduated from Eisenhower High School and played two years for the Yakima Beetles. After high school, Ryan continued his baseball career at YVC and played under former head coach Marcus McKimmy in 2015.
As well as working as an assistant for the Yaks, Sires spends the summer as the Head Coach of the Western Nebraska Pioneers in the Expedition League.
Ryan will be working with the outfielders. He will also act as the video coordinator and head of analytics for the Yaks.
