Hadli Farrand is the newest assistant to the Yakima Valley soccer staff. Farrand comes to YVCC from Ellensburg, WA, having recently graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Public Health.
While at CWU, Farrand was a standout midfielder and in her senior year was recognized as one of the top 30 players in the region. During her junior and senior campaigns, she led the Wildcats to back-to-back berths into the Great Northwest Athletic Conference tournament. Other awards she received were All-West Region selection, Academic All-GNAC team, and she is 12th on the all-time CWU leaders in total assists.
“We are so excited to add Coach Farrand to our staff this upcoming season,” said head coach Abigail Drollinger. “She will bring energy, and her current experience on the field will be an asset to our team.”
Coach Farrand will be continuing her education here at YVCC in our Nursing Program.
